Headmistress' Message

It gives me immense pleasure as headmistress of Air Force School Gandhinagar in extending a warm welcome to all our students, staff, and our greater school community. I hope you will find this website informative and helpful.

Air Force School Gandhinagar is above all a happy and vibrant school. We create an atmosphere where children feel valued and secure. We provide an educational experience that is both challenging and fun. This supportive and encouraging environment enables all students to fulfill their potential and become confident, independent learners across all areas of the curriculum.

Academic standards are indeed very important to us but so are standards of behavior and the ability to co-operate and work as part of a team. We believe that an excellent education should be well-rounded, with a balance of academic, artistic, and physical challenges.

Our aim is to provide an education that begins to prepare children for their future, as citizens of a rapidly changing and dynamic world. We encourage children to think for themselves and develop a sense of responsibility for the world in which they live.

It is in the spirit of meeting our aim that I invite all our Parents to ally with our students, their teachers, and administration in helping to smooth the way to a new dimension of greater student achievement.
